The Hampshire Companies Promote Denise Novak to Chief Financial Officer

Morristown, N.J.

The Hampshire Companies, a full-service, private real estate investment firm with equity in assets valued at over $1.5 billion, has announced the promotion of Denise Novak to Chief Financial Officer.

Prior to her promotion, Ms. Novak was a Fund Controller for the company. In her new role she will be responsible for financial planning and reporting as well as managing and analyzing the financial risks for the company. Ms. Novak has over 15 years of professional accounting experience with 10 of those years in the real estate industry.

Ms. Novak’s promotion replaces Robert Campo who has been promoted to Fund Manager. Mr. Campo has been with The Hampshire Companies since 2004.

Ms. Novak holds a B.S. in accounting from Ithaca College and is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSCPA). She currently resides in Madison, N.J.
