The Hampshire Companies Acquire Two Fully Leased Buildings in Parsippany and West Orange, N.J.

The Hampshire Companies, a full-service, private real estate investment firm with equity in assets valued at over $2 billion, has announced the acquisition of two facilities located in Parsippany and West Orange, N.J. totaling 16,320 square feet from New Dimensions Learning Corporation. Both properties are fully leased by Clockwork Learning Centers, a private organization committed to providing the highest standards of care and early childhood education and development for children from six weeks to six years of age.

Situated on 2.31 acres, Clockwork West Orange is an 11,289-square-foot site which is located at 627 Mount Pleasant Avenue in West Orange, N.J. offering easy access to Interstate 280 and the Garden State Parkway. Clockwork Parsippany is a 5,031-square-foot daycare facility located at 920 Edwards Road in Parsippany-Troy Hills, N.J. The facility is positioned on 1.03 acres and provides quick access to Interstates 80 and 280 and Route 46.

“These particular assets fit in well with Hampshire’s investment strategy due to their convenient locations and the fact that they are fully-leased by a strong-credit tenant,” said Don Engels, a Principal at The Hampshire Companies. “The locations’ close proximity to major area highways and easy access makes the sites ideal for the growing daycare provider.”
