The Hampshire Companies Sell Industrial Building in Hackensack, N.J.

Hackensack, N.J.

The Hampshire Companies, a full-service, private real estate investment firm with equity in assets valued at over $2.5 billion, has announced the disposition of a 11,850-square-foot industrial building located at 95 Zabriskie Street in Hackensack, N.J. The sale was made to John and Regina Salemme.

Strongly positioned within Bergen County’s commercial marketplace, the one-story building offers easy access to major area highways including Routes 4, 3, and 17 and ample parking.

“The building’s strategic location and easy accessibility from a variety of major roadways made this an attractive offer for the buyer, who owns and operates a local towing service and auto repair business in town,” said Pat Krasowski, an Investment Manager for The Hampshire Companies. “Our unique understanding of Bergen County’s commercial space allowed us to maximize our investment.”

Jeffrey DeMagistris and Thomas Vetter of NAI James E. Hanson represented Hampshire in the transaction.
