Ideally located near the Hartford metropolitan area, the 616,278-square-foot industrial / warehouse facility is within close proximity to Interstates 84 and 91, enabling convenient travel throughout New England. The newly renovated industrial building now features new roofing, a substantially updated and powerful electrical system, and additional loading docks that allow tenants to more easily access their space, making this space ideal for tenants in the manufacturing, storage, and distribution fields. The building’s exterior now boasts newly renovated roadways, an abundance of parking space, ample lighting, and beautiful landscaping, making the space both a secure and enjoyable place to work for tenants.
