The Hampshire Companies welcomed five new employees over the first half of 2019. The newest additions to the firm include Jay Stasi - Senior Development Manager, Shanette Robbolino - Operations Administrator, Kristina Fitzpatrick – Investor Relations Marketing Specialist, Dominick Maietta – Real Estate Services Coordinator, and John Frisina – Analyst.

Jay Stasi joins Hampshire in the role of Senior Development Manager, bringing years of experience from his prior role as Vice President of Construction for Spandrel Development Partners. As Senior Development Manager, Stasi will work closely with Hampshire’s development and construction teams to maximize efficiencies throughout the firm’s development pipeline.
Shanette Robbolino brings deep experience from her previous roles with New York Life Insurance Company, Equity Office Properties Trust, and MDN Medical Billing to her new role with Hampshire. Originally hired as an Investor Relations Administrator, Robbolino will be transitioning into the role of Operations Administrator, where she will support the operations team and help oversee corporate processes throughout the firm.
Joining the Investor Relations team, Kristina Fitzpatrick boasts a wide range of experience including several years with UBS and Owl Creek Asset Management. Additionally, Fitzpatrick previously worked as a reporter for Institutional Investor. In her role as Investor Relations Marketing Specialist, Fitzpatrick will prepare content for investor marketing materials for fund launches and direct investment opportunities, as well as for investor and fund advisory board meetings.
Since starting with Hampshire on a temporary basis in 2017, Dominick Maietta has worked closely with the Property Management team on a number of social projects, showcasing his versatility in a wide range of assignments. Stepping into a full-time role as a Real Estate Services Coordinator, Maietta will continue to build upon his impressive track record with the company.
Bolstering Hampshire’s self-storage team, John Frisina will work closely with senior management in the development and management of Hampshire’s self-storage pipeline. Prior to accepting a full-time role with the firm, Frisina completed an internship with Hampshire and is a recent graduate of Rutgers University.
