Leasing Underway for Phase Two of Print House in Hackensack, N.J.

Final 425 luxury apartment units at brand-new mixed-use community now available for lease

The Hampshire Companies and Russo Development, one of the most active, privately held developers of industrial, data center, residential, and mixed-use projects in northern New Jersey, announce that leasing has begun for Phase Two of Print House, a 696-unit mixed-use luxury apartment community located at 160 River Street in Hackensack, N.J. Newly available units include a wide array of one and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 703-1,198 square feet. 

Print House is an ambitious joint venture redevelopment project between The Hampshire Companies and Russo Development. Located on the site of the former headquarters of The Bergen Record along the Hackensack River, the redevelopment comprises 696 luxury apartment units designed around an expansive resort-style amenity package. Beyond the residences, Print House’s 40,000 square feet of street-level retail space is occupied by a diverse roster of tenants including a Hackensack Meridian Health clinic, Starbucks, Jersey Mike’s and Blue Foundry Bank. In addition, Lidl, a leading international grocery retailer, will join the community in 2025.
