Mr. Rosen has been with The Hampshire Companies for 39 years. In addition to serving as Chief Legal Counsel, and Executive Vice President of Capital Markets, Mr. Rosen sits on the Company’s Executive Committee, the Investment Management Committee, and is also a member of the Legal & Compliance Committee and the Risk Management Committee.

In his capacity as Chief Legal Counsel, Mr. Rosen brings a deep and broad experience to the legal aspects of the Hampshire real estate business and its corporate practice. His responsibilities extend to the oversight of the fund formation process, application of securities laws, corporate risk assessment, corporate compliance and legal risk assessment across the entire Hampshire business framework. In his capacity as Executive Vice President of Capital Markets, Mr. Rosen advises on and participates in the negotiation of complex transactions and joint ventures with institutional partners. He also participates in overseeing and advising Hampshire’s Transaction Team in the acquisition, disposition and financing activities. Mr. Rosen holds a B.S. in Economics from SUNY – Binghamton and a J.D. Degree from Brooklyn Law School. He is a member of the New York and New Jersey Bar Associations.
