John Durso is the Chief investment Officer and Senior Vice President, with over 23 years of real estate investment management experience. He is responsible for overseeing the investment activities of Hampshire and its Funds and Direct Investment Vehicles and sits on the Executive Committee, Investment Management Committee, and Risk Management Committee. His previous experience includes the negotiation of contracts, origination of financing, lease negotiation, tenant representations, tenant fit-outs, and numerous small business ventures. He is a graduate of James Madison University.
