Kristin H. Lynn is a Senior Manager of Asset Services for The Hampshire Companies. Mrs. Lynn has been with The Hampshire Companies since 2008 and oversees all property management, leasing, capital improvement, financing, and disposition aspects for a portfolio of commercial properties. In addition, Mrs. Lynn sits on the Legal & Compliance Committee and the Risk Management Committee. In her previous job, Mrs. Lynn worked for the New York Yankees organization as the Coordinator of Financial Operations. There she was involved in a variety of financial and special projects including the Major League Baseball revenue sharing and the construction of the new stadium. Presently, Mrs. Lynn is a Board Member of the Mayo Performing Art Center located in Morristown, NJ. Mrs. Lynn has a B.B.A in Finance with a concentration in Business Law and European Business from James Madison University.
